Blazing Chrome

The game itself is excellent. Very detailed and pleasing pixel art, a solid soundtrack, some fun twists on the classic Contra formula and it’s always keeping things exciting with unique level gimmicks and mini bosses appearing almost constantly. Overall had a blast with it.

Only real issue is that it’s very short, and for the price being charged it’s not great value when you can buy games like Hollow Knight or Terraria for less. My play time is only as long as it is because I enjoyed it so much I did 3 playthroughs. On sale though? Absolutely worth a buy. I just wish it was longer.
